This strap was designed for the magnet to be worn over the "Pericardium 6 accupressure point" which is otherwise known as the "Tranquility point". This point is 3 fingers above the crease of your wrist on the inside.Full diagrams are shown in the accompanying brochure.

For best results put the strap on approximately 2 hours prior to travelling.

This strap has been used to help relieve stress headaches as it has a calming affect.
